Let's Get Moving for 2019!!

Edenderry RFC with the support of Leinster Rugby will be organising a walking club for parents and friends for 1 session a week for 8 weeks which will include some information sessions on healthy eating and tips for staying well and fit.  It is also a great opportunity to meet other parents and make new friendships.
